How to Raise a Complaint with Operationsscreen Plumbing
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Operationsscreen Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You may contact us about:
- How your call or contact with Operationsscreen Plumbing went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a plumber we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, you will usually want to take it up with the plumber first. Keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Operationsscreen Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide things for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@operationsscreen.blog and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include getting in touch with the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
